It’s the second week for what my kid wore this year and I just love Amelia’s outfit this week; it was a gift from our family friends for Christmas and whilst we didn’t have anywhere to go I just couldn’t wait for her to wear it.
The dress is from Gap (and it’s currently in the sale), the top half is a lovely soft jumper with a fluffy tulle skirt. It’s so cute and would have been perfect for a party or special meal but we don’t have anything planned and it was too cute not to wear it so we just wore it to play at home. I added some cream tights to keep her warm and the beautiful soft pink velvet bow from Little French Beau.
We had such a lovely day playing with some of her new toys from Christmas including a giant wooden puzzle that we did eventually manage to finish putting together without Amelia pulling it apart. We also learnt to play row row your boat which Amelia loved and kept coming back to hold my hands so we could play it again.
Days like that are so rare when you work and have a million things to do at the weekend but it was lovely to spend the day doing nothing but playing and doing whatever Amelia wanted to do.
