Oh I do love a seasonal display in a department store and this year my local John Lewis has not disappointed with their Spring/Easter displays. I love this time of year, we’re all dusting off the winter cobwebs and trying to decide if it’s warm enough to leave the house without a coat yet or not. Suddenly we don’t feel like wearing black all the time and our wardrobes start to bring back some colour as we throw ourselves headfirst into Spring.
With only a couple of weeks to go until Easter and with this year being the year of health I’m steering well clear of all those chocolatey delights and decided to take a look at alternative ways to bring this spring time holiday to life without piling on extra pounds.
