It’s that time of year again, I just love Christmas. It is by far my most favourite season and I’m that person who puts their tree up on the 1st December and doesn’t take it down till the very last minute.
One of my favourite parts of the run up to Christmas is doing all the Christmas shopping for friends and family, I think it’s even more exciting when you have children to buy for as well and this year Amelia will be old enough to at least be excited about all the festivities even if she doesn’t understand why there is suddenly a huge glittering tree indoors that I keep shouting at her not to touch.
On a side note, if anyone knows how to have a Christmas tree and not have it destroyed by their 1 year old please let me know in the comments, I’m excited to see her face when I put it up but I’m also super scared she’s going to pull it over and be hurt by it.
Let me know get distracted by thoughts of fairy lights and baubles just yet, there’s a lot of shopping to be done and I’m trying to be super organised this year. I had to be organised last year as I had an 8 week old baby but this year I’m back to work full time and I just don’t want the stress of last minute shopping in those weekend crowds with a toddler and a pram.
